I Live Where People Vacation is a clothing brand rooted in hometown pride and gratitude. It’s an invitation to reframe the everyday. Because where we live isn't just where people visit. It's home.
Where are you based?
We’re based in Upstate New York, in the Adirondack Mountains.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Because many items are made to order, please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes about a week, depending on your location.
Why are items made to order?
We produce items on demand to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. This allows us to create thoughtfully while keeping inventory intentional and sustainable.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made through trusted production partners who fulfill orders on demand and maintain consistent quality and printing standards.
How does sizing fit?
Most items fit true to size with a comfortable, everyday fit. If you prefer a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up.
What if I order the wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ilivewherepeoplevacation.com. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to update it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within a short window after purchase, before production begins. Please reach out quickly if you need an adjustment.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

How can I track my order?
